All orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days, however the delivery time may take longer and depends on post courier service.
Nature Puzzle ships products within United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands. Standard shipping within a contiguous US is only $5.99 and $9.99 to Alaska and Hawaii. For orders on $50.00 and more we offer a free shipping within a contiguous U.S. and just $4.00 to Alaska or Hawaii.
In case you prefer express shipping, you can select this option during the check-out process. The cost of express shipping will be calculated automatically and will depend on total weight of your order and final destination.
The risk of loss and title for all products ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Nature Puzzle will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. In the event that your package is lost or stolen, please notify us immediately at email@example.com, so we can contact the post carrier and file the claim.
We reserve the right to limit quantities. For wholesale or large quantity orders please contact us directly.
If you wish to edit, change or cancel your order after it has been placed, please send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org explaining what you wish to change or why you wish to cancel your order. If your order has already been processed, we will not be able to modify, change or cancel it.
We gladly offer an international shipping to Canada, Mexico and other countries. The international shipping cost varies depending on weight and destination. Total freight costs will be displayed during checkout based on package total weight and your country.

Nature Puzzle will not estimate country specific duties, tariffs and taxes that may apply to your order. These fees are determined by local customs office. It is your responsibility to research and understand these fees and pay them if required.
We highly recommend to check with your local authorities to ensure any products you are ordering are legal and do not require additional permits to receive.
To avoid any delays in delivering your package, or a package being returned to us, please ensure your international address information is correct and includes a telephone number for the delivery carrier to contact you if any issue in transit.
Nature Puzzle makes every effort to provide you with the product of highest quality and freshness. We want to make sure you are completely satisfied. However, it may happen that product you purchased from us may not meet your expectations. We will gladly accept unopened returns within 30 days of purchase with a full credit in the amount of the cost of the item you return. Shipping charges are not refundable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in the same condition that you received it, and It must also be in the original packaging.
If you receive damaged product we will gladly replace the damaged product or issue you full refund. Please notify us within 72 hours of receiving any damaged items. Please use the Contact Us form. Start your message with subject line “Return Request for Order #...” . We will make every effort to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note that refunds will not be issued for any order that is refused or abandoned by the intended recipient, orders that can't be delivered due to an address error, or orders seized by Customs.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next step - contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
